About the role

As the Assistant Marketing Manager at Vivo Food Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in driving the companys marketing and communication strategies. This full-time position is based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, and offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of an innovative food company.

What youll be doing

• Assisting the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing plans to promote the companys products and services

• Collaborating with the team to create engaging content for the companys digital channels, including website, social media, and email marketing

• Coordinating and executing marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities

• Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for the business

• Supporting the implementation of branding initiatives and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials

• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement

• Assisting in the management of the marketing budget and ensuring effective resource allocation

What were looking for

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the food and beverage industry

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, content creation, and email marketing

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content

• Experience in event planning and execution, with a keen eye for detail

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and translate insights into actionable strategies

• Collaborative team player with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
