Operations Manager

This job is for an Operations Manager at a lively Chinese venue. You will oversee events, manage bar supplies, and lead staff to create memorable experiences for guests in an energetic environment. Oversee daily operations of the Chinese livehouse, nightclub, and event space Manage drink service and bar inventory, including stock counts and supplier coordination Lead front-of-house staff to ensure smooth, attentive service during all events Preference given to candidates with experience in Chinese singing clubs, KTV lounges, or live entertainment nightlife venues Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in nightlife or live entertainment operations, preferably in Chinese singing clubs, KTV lounges, or livehouses Strong leadership and communication skills Familiarity with the local market, especially consumer preferences within the Chinese community, and relevant experience in hospitality, F&B, and event management Bilingual in English and Mandarin Preferably from Johor Bahru Skills
