Junior Structural Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Structural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing precast element connections using Peikko products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Offer- and final-stage design of steel and concrete structures connection using Peikko products according valid norms, rules and laws.

• Co-operation with sales team and other designers in project, taking part in design and cooperate with production

• Making drawings, specifications, calculation reports and supervise computer modelling and workshop drawings of structures for customer presentation and own manufacturing purposes

• Giving technical support to customers and attend on meetings with them

• Using computers and computer-aided design (CAD, ETABS, SolidWorks, Revit, Trimble Connect, internal calculation tools) technology for calculations and simulation purposes.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minium Bachelors Degree of Structural Engineering: a Masters Degree is preferred

• More than 3 years experience in design of steel and concrete structures

• Communication skills in

• English

• Responsible and proactive approach for working tasks
