Warehouse Manager

Job Purpose

To plan, manage, monitor and ensure a smooth and efficient warehouse day-to-day operation while upkeeping timely and accurate inventory of each and every item.

Job Responsibility

• To oversee and guide the warehouse team to ensure efficient operation and achieve organizational goals.

• To monitor and maintain an effective control of inventory to ensure an accurate and smoothly assessable and transparent inventory system.

• To monitor and improve warehouse processes to ensure efficient and timely operations.

• To utilize inventory software and systems to enhance operational efficiency.

• To provide training and focus ongoing skills development of warehouse team to ensure a positive growth and development.

Job Requirement

• A recognized tertiary education in Supply Chain Management or any other business related studies

• At least 3 years of working experience in the areas of warehouse or supply chain.

• Ability to operate ERP and Accounting system.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff and other stakeholders.

• Flexibility to adjust in changing priorities, handle unexpected situations and work in a dynamic warehouse environment.

• Skill in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent problem solving skill for identifying and resolving operational issues or challenges efficiently and effectively.

• Working knowledge of ERP system or other software for inventory tracking and management.
