  • Five (5) working days per week from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

  • Training will be provided to get you moving (we will train you to be competent!)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Web Designer to join our team. You will play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our digital products, delivering seamless and intuitive experiences for users across platforms. This role is ideal for a design professional with a strong foundation in both user experience and visual design, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX or web design.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field (if you are a fresh graduate, and still up for these

    challenges, try it!).

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, problem-solving, and high-quality interface design.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and web accessibility (WCAG).

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile or iterative environments.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in motion/interaction design (e.g., animations, micro-interactions).

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development collaboration.

  • Familiarity with design systems like Material Design or similar frameworks.

  • Background in user research, A/B testing, or data-driven design.
