Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Hit sales target Engage with customers, promote products & services, close sales & update sales transactions Manage after-retail sales services Give advice on products & services and perform product demonstration Deliver quality service & present service vision Present a positive & professional image Respond to service objections Deliver Go-the-Extra-Mile services Involve service & sales productivity development Update & provide competitor promotion activities Deliver customer service over various social media Involve in service innovation development Deliver operations quality & in charge merchandise display In charge operations of roadshows, promotions, or any events Update LDU, POSM, merchandise display into System

Academic Qualification(s):

Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM &above in any field.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):

With retail, sales or smartphone sales will be an advantage Fluent in malay & english, chinese will be an advantage Join Product & Service training to improve knowledge & skill set Provide Service quality & Promote Product Upsell & Cross sell products Visual Merchandise & Provide Product demo and knowledge Communication & Good customer Service Teamwork & Interpersonal Skills Problem Solver

Salary Range : RM 1,500- RM 5,000

Working Area : KL / Selangor / Seremban / Melaka / Johor
