ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY: Conduct inquiries and manage bookings from customers, sales teams, and overseas agents. Follow up with overseas agents or vendor to get the feedback on quotations. Analyze and identify the most cost-effective and alternative solutions. Prepare complete costing on the quotation system based on shipment terms. Send final quotations to customers and agents. Establish and maintain close cooperation with local and overseas colleagues, vendors, and partners. Support negotiations of costs for sales and customer service when necessary. Transfer secured shipment details to customer service personnel, ensuring accurate and timely shipment arrangements. Monitor and report on monthly progress towards assigned goals and KPI. Collaborate with inter-department teams. Handle additional duties as assigned by the Superior and HOD. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in Logistics/Transportation, Business Studies, or a relevant field. At least 2 years of working experience in logistics (freight forwarding). Experience in data analysis with knowledge of SQL and Power BI & INCOTERM. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team. Experience in forwarding business and knowledge of pricing instructions. Ability in data analysis, careful calculation, and attention to details Fluent in both spoken and written English & Bahasa Melayu. Proficient in all commonly used office software, including Microsoft Office. Ability to work under pressure and overtime to meet deadlines. **Working hours: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm Seniority level
