Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to actively engage with potential customers, drive sales, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is results-driven, persuasive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out and engage potential customers to achieve sales targets.
• Present, promote, and sell products or services using solid arguments to prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing activities.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, addressing client objections effectively.
• Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Manage customer complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
