PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing and Vendor Management:

    • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.

    • Build and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.

    • Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

  2. Procurement Activities:

    • Prepare purchase orders, Invoices, Delivery Order, RFQs (Request for Quotations), and tender documents.

    • Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings.

    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders to meet project deadlines.

  3. Cost Control and Budget Management:

    • Monitor and analyze procurement costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.

    • Assist in the preparation of procurement budgets and ensure expenditure is within approved limits.

  4. Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

    • Identify risks related to the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.

  5. Inventory and Logistics Support:

    • Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to manage inventory levels.

    • Track delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of materials.

  6. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.

    • Prepare procurement reports and analyses for management review.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Certification in Procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is an advantage.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.

  • Familiarity with procurement software (Account SQL) is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of local and international market trends.

Others:

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Familiar with SQL Account system.
