This role involves supporting compensation and benefits functions including payroll, HR system management, and employee data updates. Work closely with department managers on HR systems and compensation-related inquiries.

Responsibilities:
  • Support payroll processing, increments, bonuses, and leave administration.
  • Manage insurance claims and employee data in Oracle HCM.
  • Maintain and update Time Management System and liaise with vendors.
  • Assist in attendance, shift, and overtime corrections.
  • Ensure statutory payroll compliance.
  • Assist in salary surveys and audit preparations.
  • Manage leave entitlements and requests.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, compensation & benefits.
  • Knowledge of local statutory acts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Preferred:
  • Bachelors degree in HR management or related field.
