Operations and Administration Manager
We are looking for an experienced Operations and Administration Manager to oversee procurement, logistics, inventory, compliance, vendor management, and office operations. Youll ensure smooth operations and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing
Manage product sourcing and the issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Orders (DOs).
Develop and execute sourcing plans.
Manage the vendor and principal registration process, including renewals and compliance documentation.
Develop, document, and continuously improve processes for translating purchase requests.
Ensure procurement records are compiled and saved properly.

Inventory & Logistics
Manage inventory and liaise with warehouses.
Oversee logistics operations, including shipment tracking, customs clearance, permit applications, and the receipt and delivery of goods.
Update customers and the sales team on the daily delivery statuses of customer orders.

Office Administration & Operations
Lead all administrative operations, including office space management, supplies, IT/fixed assets, travel requests, and environmental health & safety (EHS) compliance.
Act as a key member of management, coordinating office management tasks and supporting decision-making and planning.

Regulatory Compliance
Handle applications and renewals of licenses and certifications from government bodies and local councils.
Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal policies to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Project Support
Support in the compilation of project tenders.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or any related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, procurement, logistics, and/or administration.
Strong understanding of procurement workflows, vendor management, and compliance requirements.
Proven track record of leading and managing teams, with strong people management and delegation skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with different departments.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Inventory systems.
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
