Job Description

Job Scope :

1. Able to reply to emails in both Bahasa and English2. Prepare an inventory of uniforms and accessories (if needed)3. Key-in daily roster into our Microsoft computers.4. Be a bridge of communication between office staff.5. Arrange meetings with our company clients by contacting them politely.6. Prepare letters in both Bahasa and English whenever required.

Skop Pekerjaan :

1. Boleh menghantar email dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Inggeris.2. Sediakan inventori uniform dan aksesori (jika perlu)3. Masukkan senarai tugasan harian pekerja dalam komputer.4. Perlu membantu menyampaikkan mesej kepada kakitangan pejabat5. Perlu ada kemampuan untuk berhubung dengan pelanggan syarikat secara berhemah dan bersopan bagi mengatur pertemuan (jika perlu)6. Perlu menyediakan surat rasmi syarikat dalam Bahasa Malaysia and Inggeris apabila diperlukan.
