Customer Service Executive (Fresh Graduate)

Job description

Role Function:

  • Attend to inbound calls in a contact centre environment.
  • Able to provide a high service level by interacting with international customers with an aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Able to resolve customer queries and issues with an aim to provide a first call resolution.
  • A good listener with an ability to establish a good report with the customers as well as attending to their needs to offer relevant
  • product, services, and solutions from the brand.
  • Have a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and integrity.
  • Requirement:
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome (Diploma/Degree).
  • Good in English. Good in communication and able to fulfil a customer needs. Fast learner and able to handle multitasking
  • Must be able to work on rotational shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
