Admin Assistant
AGENSI PEKERJAAN CORPLUZ SDN BHD is looking for the above position to be based at office located at Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Kajang. Attractive remunerations and salary package will be offered to qualify candidate. Job Summary.
- Assist For HR & Administration portfolios.
- Call candidate for job opening & Interview arrangement.
- Provide feedback on the candidate information & profiles.
- Update schedule and interview attendance of selected candidate.
- Check with candidate on the job interview result and salary negotiations
- Follow up on letter offer and job acceptance starting date
- Assist on accounting matters such as petty cash summary, claims and utilities payment summary.
- Compile monthly JTK documents for submission.
- Handle monthly staff and directors claim and reimbursements arrangements.
- Prepare annual job closure reports.
- Assist in general office administrations.
Requirements.
- SPM & Certificate in Any Discipline.
- Can start within short notice period.
- Based at Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Kajang
- Fresh SPM school leaver are welcome to apply.
- Posses own transport.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
