Service Crew cum Barista

Key Responsibilities

Service Crew

• Greet and serve customers in a polite and efficient manner
• Take orders accurately using POS system
• Clear tables, serve food and drinks, and ensure dining area cleanliness
• Assist in opening/closing duties
• Upsell menu items where appropriate
• Maintain hygiene and service standards

Barista

• Prepare coffee and tea-based beverages
• Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the bar/coffee station
• Monitor and replenish coffee supplies and ingredients
• Support service team during peak hours
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Friendly, responsible, and a good team player
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Willing to learn and take on multiple roles
• Prior experience in F&B is an added advantage (especially for barista role)
• Basic understanding of coffee making for barista candidates preferred
• Malaysian citizen or valid working permit

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
