SENIOR EXECUTIVE/EXECUTIVE, SALES ADMINISTRATION

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle sales administration function relating to under construction and completed projects.

• Manage SPA, billing processes, reminders, loan updates, and other correspondence.

• Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, financiers, and other stakeholders on loan documentation, payments, etc.

• Handle sub-sale, auction, refinance, and transfer of title.

• Prepare reports as required by management.

• Ensure relevant records for projects are properly kept.

• Ensure up-to-date and accurate information posted in the IFCA system.

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar capacity is preferred.

• Familiarity with sales administration, IFCA system, and Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
