ASSISTANT MANAGER/MANAGER, CONTRACTS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing tender documentation for new project bids, contract documentation with successful tender bids.

• Conduct verification of material requisition and taking-off quantities/site measurements of work done.

• Preparing progress claims and invoices to clients and consultants to effect effective and efficient project management.

• Monitoring and administration of the various contracts and sub-contract works.

• Preparing progress reports, the recommendation of payments, variation order certificates and final accounts documentation.

• Conduct client site representative liaison activities.

• Guide new staff by providing on the job training and track work progress of subordinates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

• 8 - 10 years of working experience in related field. 

• Experience in construction/property developer field will be an added advantage.

• Proficient in English language.
