Job Description
We are looking for a performance-driven SEO & SEM Specialist to take charge of our organic and paid search strategy. This role covers SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
You will be responsible for driving organic traffic, improving search visibility in both traditional and AI-driven search engines, and managing paid campaigns to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate understands the synergy between SEO and SEM while staying ahead of emerging AI search trends.

Key Responsibilities / Job Scope
1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and keyword rankings.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
• Improve on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, alt text, schema).
• Execute off-page SEO strategies (link building, guest posts, digital PR).
• Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend fixes (crawl issues, Core Web Vitals, indexing).
2. SEM (Search Engine Marketing / Paid Search)
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and keyword targeting.
• Write and test compelling ad copy to increase CTR and conversions.
• Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, Quality Score, ROAS).
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and landing pages.
• Ensure SEM strategy aligns with SEO and overall marketing objectives.

5. Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and ad platforms.
• Report on organic growth, paid search ROI, and AI search visibility.
• Provide insights and recommend continuous improvements.

Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field to provide a strong foundation in marketing principles.
Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO/ SEM
Strong understanding of Google algorithms, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Proficient in WordPress (themes, plugins, page builders, speed optimization, troubleshooting)
Familiar with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS for SEO implementation
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa, and English
Strong analytical skills
Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills
