HIRING INTERNS - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (Travel Agency)

Location: Ipoh, PerakContract: 6 Months (Potential for Full-Time Absorption)

We are a newly established, fully licensed travel agency specializing in Umrah and holiday packages. As we grow our presence in the market, we are looking for Business Development Interns who are passionate about travel, marketing, and building strong customer connections. This internship offers hands-on experience in the travel industry with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role after successful performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our Umrah and other travel packages.

  • Manage and grow our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with creative and engaging content.

  • Support in content creation: videos, graphics, blogs, and promotions tailored to different audiences.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, travel trends, and opportunities.

  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, roadshows, or campaigns.

  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships by responding to inquiries and providing excellent service.

  • Collaborate with the team to explore innovative ideas to expand the brand visibility and drive sales.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism Management, or related field.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (Bahasa Melayu & English; Arabic is a plus).

  • Creative mindset with basic knowledge of Canva, video editing, or social media tools.

  • Eager to learn, self-motivated, and willing to contribute ideas.

  • Passion for the travel and Umrah industry.
