DNK continues to enhance its proprietary innovations while nurturing a dedicated team to provide quality services to its partners. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Rep located in Ipoh.

The Customer Sales Rep will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, processing sales orders, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. We will need someone to handle all our clients contact calls for schedule appointments.

Qualifications Strong customer relationship management and communication skills To handle clients calls and schedule appoinments Ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions Experience in handling customer inquiries and processing sales orders Proficiency in sales and achieving sales targets Collaborative skills to coordinate with internal departments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in an on-site role Experience in the eWaste or metal recovery industry is a plus Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
