About the role

Manjoy Gadget Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource (Payroll) professional to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the companys payroll operations and ensuring accurate and timely compensation for our valued employees.

What youll be doing

1. Administering and processing bi-weekly payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and taxes

2. Maintaining employee payroll records and ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

3. Resolving payroll-related inquiries and addressing any discrepancies or issues

4. Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of payroll expenses

5. Implementing and maintaining payroll procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and accuracy

6. Providing support and guidance to employees on payroll-related matters

7. Staying up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and best practices

What were looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a payroll or human resource role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

2. Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including tax calculations, deductions, and reporting

3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing

4. Proficiency in using payroll software and spreadsheet applications

5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees and stakeholders

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals

7. Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, or a related field
