Champion process improvements by evaluating current workflows and suggesting enhancements that streamline operations and increase efficiency across all financial activities. Conduct thorough project reviews and maintain rigorous internal controls to safeguard compliance with organisational standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee all aspects of project invoicing, financial accounting, and reporting to ensure transparency, accuracy, and timeliness at every stage of delivery. Coordinate comprehensive financial oversight for each project, including estimate at completion calculations, cost-to-complete assessments, revenue forecasts, cash flow projections, and risk/opportunity evaluations while ensuring alignment with planning/scheduling teams. Support claim management processes by assisting with back charges, insurance cases, and ensuring diligent follow-up in partnership with Contract Managers and Project Managers.
