Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to evaluate potential acquisition opportunities.

• Prepare investment memorandums and decision-support materials for senior leadership.

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to management.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and scenario models to support strategic decision-making.

• Oversee the companys credit risk management and collections strategies.

• Review and approve credit terms, monitor receivables, and minimize bad debt exposure.

• Implement and enforce credit policies and procedures to ensure financial health and compliance.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions as needed.

• Mentor and develop junior finance team members, promoting a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus).
