Requirements
Posses a Degree in business admin or any related field of study.
Candidates with at least 2 years experience in related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, especially dealing with regulatory and governing bodies
Knowledge of Licensing Processes And Regulation/
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Be Proactive, Good analytical skills, High EQ with ability to work under pressure and min supervision and Willing to learn and take up new challenges.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook and others Knowledge in file management and other office administrative procedures.
Ability to work on tight deadlines. Excellent time management and organizational skills Must be able to follow instructions well and should also be able to take initiative.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Contract Reviews on matters on Tender Needed
Required to Work Overtime and Outstation if needed.

Job Description:
Maintaining and monitoring Project Budgets and Expenditures.
Organizing, attending , and participating in Tender Briefing/Meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from Tender Briefing / Meetings.
Ensuring documentation for Tender is met before the deadlines.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Provide guidance, advice and support to the Company how could maximize the licensing revenue.
Monitoring, documenting, and reviewing license statuses to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Ensure licensing records are well organize and documented.
Ensure our businesses/sites/projects are operating with legal permission.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained
appropriately for each project.
