TRAINEE SYSTEMS SUPPORT ANALYST

Responsibilities:

  • Confer with customers via phone, email, or onsite to diagnose technical/system problems, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve systems related issues.

Requirements:

  • A recognized Degree in IT/Computer Science or a relevant qualification.

  • Preferably Female Candidate only.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and a team player.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
