About the role

At Manjoy Gadget Malaysia Sdn Bhd, were seeking a talented and driven Human Resource (Recruiting) professional to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. This full-time role will be responsible for driving our recruitment efforts, identifying and attracting top talent to support the companys growth objectives.

What youll be doing

1. Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates for various roles within the organisation

2. Screening and evaluating applications to identify the most suitable candidates

3. Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit

4. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and preferences

5. Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs

6. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

7. Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and performance

8. Continuously exploring new ways to enhance the recruitment function and employer brand

What were looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a human resources or recruitment role, preferably within the manufacturing or technology industry

2. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

4. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for identifying and attracting top talent

5. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools

6. Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
