BUILDING SUPERVISOR (CONVENTION CENTRE)

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and systems.

• Perform light maintenance tasks and assess the need for major repairs.

• Supervise the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring timely completion of tasks

• To assist in developing budget and recommendation to management for any replacement of equipment

• To respond to emergency maintenance requests as required

• Ensure preventive maintenance is performed as per schedule.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, etc.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a convention centre or similar setting.

• Experience in handling emergency situations and enforcing safety protocols.

• Good working knowledge of preventive maintenance, automation control, mechanical and electrical system inclusive of pump & piping

• In depth knowledge of plumbing and electrical system

• Communication & Interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• A good team player and is able to perform weekend/ public holiday duties
