Logistics Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES  :          

·        Coordinate import & export shipments (air, sea, courier) with forwarders.

·        Prepare & verify CIPL, BL, Invoice, Packing List, Form E, COO.

·        Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery & clearance.

·        Handle LMW documentation (K2, K9, K1, Lampiran A1/A2 & A3, etc.).

·        Support customs audits, amendments (Borang Pindaan) and ensure full compliance.

·        Apply and manage preferential COO (Form E) through MITI online system.

·        Liaise with forwarders, suppliers, and MITI officers for smooth approval.

·        Prepare and submit cost analysis applications in MITI system.

·        Ensure timely renewal and compliance with MITI regulations.

·        To undertake any other tasks or duties assigned by superior or management from time to time to suit to the company need and market demand.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

·        Min SPM or equivalent with 2 year working experience.

·        Familiarity with LMW, Logistics and Warehouse operations.

·        Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures.

·        Able to work in a team and independent.
