• Promotes a Safety, Health, and Environment culture by adhering to safety procedures and using Personal Protective Equipment.
• Ensures safety for oneself and others at all times: “we work safely, or we do not work.”
• Escalates issues and implements solutions to address quality losses. Performs all maintenance interventions to protect product quality, paying special attention to contamination risks from oils, fats, or foreign objects (hard plastic, dirt, etc.).
• Contributes to the implementation of the team engagement plan.
• Eliminates equipment abnormalities and actively participates in correcting major or minor defects.
• Develops machine knowledge by being present on production lines and sharing observations with operators.

For this Technician role, we require:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a processing industry.
• Mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, or electronics expertise.
• Knowledge of automation systems.
• Proficiency with Pack Office, SAP, PRS, or Machine Interface software.

• Technical certification or higher as per local legislation.
