Your Mission

• To deliver professional by providing excellent customer service and assist in situations to ensure customers satisfaction.

• To prepare beverages as assigned and designated by superior.

• To ensure pantry are always neat and clean.

• To ensure pantry are well stocked with no shortages of items.

• To assist with meetings and event set up as and when necessary.

• Answer telephone calls politely.

• To inform Superior on any malfunction or defects facilities in the pantry as soon as possible.

• To be well groomed.

Ideal Candidate

1. Education & Experience

• No formal education required, but a high school certificate (e.g. SPM) may be preferred.

• Prior experience in food/beverage service (e.g., in cafés, catering, or office pantries) is a plus.

2. Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of tea & coffee preparation (e.g., brewing tea, making different coffee types).

• Ability to handle serving equipment (kettles, coffee machines, trays, etc.).

• Time management - serving refreshments promptly during breaks.

• Cleanliness & hygiene awareness - maintaining a tidy pantry area.

3. Personal Attributes

• Politeness & good manners - interacting professionally with staff.

• Reliability & punctuality - ensuring timely service.

• Physical stamina - standing for long periods and carrying trays.

4. Additional Preferences (Optional)

• Knowledge of workplace safety (handling hot beverages safely).

• Basic inventory management (keeping track of tea, coffee, sugar, and milk supplies).
