• Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team to align with international strategies.
• Localize content and marketing activities to cater to the local market effectively.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM software to update and manage the CRM database.
• Track activities and monitor project progress to support sales initiatives.

• Create and execute marketing campaigns using platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Increase product and service awareness through digital marketing efforts.

• Maintain and manage application videos and other media assets.
• Perform simple video editing and ensure easy internal access for customer sharing.

• Assist in the preparation of quotations for sales and marketing purposes.
• Support the organization and maintenance of sales and marketing documents.
• Collaborate with the sales team on joint customer visits across various industries.
• Conduct market size and potential analysis to support business decisions.

• Plan and coordinate events such as webinars, technology days, roadshows, and exhibitions.

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales support, and CRM management.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) for marketing campaigns.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Multilingual proficiency is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
