Supervisor (Based at AEON Mall Shah Alam)

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in any field
• Minimum of 5 credits in SPM
• Willing to work during weekends and public holidays
• Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Open to traveling as part of the job
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Responsible, eager to learn, and adaptable
• Fully vaccinated

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure merchandise pricing and displays meet company standards
• Support in training both new and existing staff when necessary
• Assist with daily store operations and supervisory tasks, including store opening and closing, cash handling, restocking, basic administration, receiving stock, and preparing sales reports
• Prepare monthly duty rosters and manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate manpower backups

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,420.00 per month

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
