Senior Sales Executive
To reach out and present Lyreco service solutions to businesses within your designated territory, ensuring we become one of their preferred suppliers.
Responsibilities- Initiate contact with potential customers to generate and qualify leads, promote company products and services, and identify sales opportunities.
- Conduct field canvassing or cold calling via phone to generate leads and set face-to-face or virtual meetings with potential customers.
- Handle new customer acquisition.
- Understand prospect purchasing needs and present suitable pricing and quotations.
- Initiate account creation for prospects using our internal sales tools.
- Achieve monthly sales margins and targets.
- Provide comprehensive purchase and business information to ensure clear understanding of business dealings.
- Perform other relevant ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Compensation includes a basic salary plus fixed allowances up to RM3.7k to RM4k, along with sales incentives upon achieving targets.
Qualifications- Diploma or Degree in commerce, business administration, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, solution selling, active listening, sales negotiation, and pipeline management skills.
- Valid drivers license is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience in a B2B environment managing SME portfolios.
