Senior Engineer Unit Process Engineering Die Attach

Perform daily support to the production for quality and process engineering topics.

In your new role, you will:

• Conduct quality improvement activities related to DDM investigation, disposition, and enhancement.
• Sustain and achieve the stability index for the package under your responsibility.
• Support production with daily issue investigation and process improvements to enhance operational performance.
• Maintain and improve quality stability for MS module DA process to achieve zero spill and FAR.
• Update and refine documentation to ensure all documents are current and not expired.

You are best suited for this role if you have:

• A Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge of die attach process.
• Experience in unit process engineering.
• Basic statistical and SPC knowledge.
• Basic problem-solving skills.
