We are seeking a Senior Azure Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will support and enhance our clients Azure environments to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability, while mentoring junior engineers. If you have a strategic mindset, deep Azure infrastructure knowledge, and passion for solving complex challenges — we want to hear from you.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Resolving incidents and service requests within SLAs.
  2. Analyzing trends and problems in customer environments.
  3. Designing and implementing permanent fixes through change processes.
  4. Documenting solutions and sharing knowledge internally.
  5. Mentoring junior engineers and serving as a senior escalation point.
  6. Leading client onboarding to ensure smooth transitions and SOW compliance.
  7. Facilitating workshops to identify improvement opportunities.
  8. Developing innovative solutions to enhance customer environments.
  9. Collaborating with Tech Leads on current offerings and future enhancements.
  10. Performing additional duties to support business and client needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Azure Cloud Infrastructure Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with IaaS (Compute, Network, Storage) and PaaS .
  • Background in Cloud Migrations and Transformations .
  • Experience with Cloud Landing Zones and the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) .
  • Knowledge of Cloud Governance, Security, and Compliance .
  • Understanding of SecOps and CostOps .

Technical Leadership & Architecture:

  • Enforcing architectural standards.
  • Acting as escalation point, providing guidance.
  • Developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) on Azure.
  • Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and DNS .
  • Experience with automation, scripting, and DevOps pipelines.
