Who are we looking for?A Student Experience Coordinator & Chauffeur ensures a warm, professional, and seamless experience for international students and their families from the moment they arrive at the airport throughout their onboarding journey and post-arrival. This role is focused on hospitality, logistics coordination, and providing exceptional support to ensure students feel welcomed, safe, and prepared to begin their education journey.

Key Responsibilities1) Airport Meet-and-Greet: Personally welcome and greet the customers (such as the students and families) with a warm, professional, and helpful attitude at the airport, coordinate pick-up logistics and safe transportation to accommodation or campus.

2) Accommodation Services: Assist with hotel or temporary accommodation check-ins, arrange welcome packages, and ensure comfort upon arrival.

3) Onboarding Coordination: Support with check-in, orientation schedules, and other responsibilities according to the Companys Policy.

4) Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service to the customers and ensure all pre-arrival, arrival, and post-arrival needs are being delivered with high professionalism.

5) Informative, Responsive & Follow-up : Provide informative details, ensure any inquiry is being handled in high-level of responsiveness, & follow-up to ensure a smooth transition post-arrival.

6) Conflict Management: To remain calm and respectful in any challenging situations and to ensure professional level of services are being delivered to customers at all times. 

Job Requirements:

1) Malaysian citizen or permanent residentDiploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Education, or related fields.

2) Experience in customer service, hospitality, or international student support is an advantage.

3) Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (fluent in other languages like Arabic, and others are a plus).

4) Comfortable working outside standard hours (e.g., early morning or late-night airport arrivals).

5) Possess a valid drivers license to drive in Malaysia.

6) Possessed strong knowledge on Malaysias student-friendly accommodation arrangements, Malaysias best alternative routes especially within Kuala Lumpur & Selangor, and passionate in providing helpful service to international students.
