Senior Accounts Executive

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Min 2 years experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to manage a small team of 4.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Management:

• Assist with day-to-day accounts operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions and adherence to accounting principles.

• To handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.

• To handle two accounts system.

• To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily chq issuance, daily collection.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Collaborate with the management to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.

• Monitor budgetary performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Financial Reporting:

• Assist to prepare financial statements, reports, and variance analysis for presentation to management.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.

Audit and Compliance:

• Assist to coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Leadership:

• Able to manage a small team.
