Sales Executive (Property)

Job Responsibility

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve project sales targets and drive revenue. Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and on-ground events) to generate quality leads and enhance brand awareness. Liaise with property agents, purchasers, and consultants to support smooth and effective sales transactions. Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities to help refine sales and marketing approaches. Prepare and compile sales reports, forecasts, and marketing insights for review by the Sales Manager. Coordinate with project and site teams to stay informed about development progress and ensure alignment with sales and marketing activities. Assist in managing the sales gallery and ensuring marketing materials are up-to-date, professional, and consistent with brand guidelines. Provide general support to the Sales Manager and perform any other duties as required by Management.

Job Requirements

Bachelorâs Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or any related field. Minimum up to 2 years of relevant working experience, ideally in property or real estate sales. Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently yet collaboratively within a team. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of thinking creatively to solve problems. Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred, as the role involves serving Mandarin-speaking client. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
