Responsibilities:

1. An IKEA co-workers main task is to maximise sales and profitability in his/her area of responsibility using knowledge of the IKEA product range, local market conditions, and the needs of customers.
2. Convey passion about IKEA products and actively learn about their features and benefits, sharing this knowledge with customers and colleagues.
3. Actively offer all the services available in the store to help customers make informed choices, resulting in a better shopping experience.

Requirements:

1. Business-minded and result-driven with a customer focus.
2. Experience of working in a customer- and commercial-oriented business.
3. Confident in approaching and talking to people in a proactive manner.
4. Interest in peoples everyday life at home and home furnishing.
5. Enthusiastic and able to work collaboratively in a team.
