Retail Senior Store Manager

• Take charge of driving the Stores success by meeting and exceeding sales goals, KPIs, and profitability through smart planning, cost control, and a strong focus on service and results.

• Make sure every customer who walks through the door enjoys a consistently outstanding experience.

• Play a key role in building a high-performing team by helping recruit, train, and develop Associates who are motivated and results-driven.

• Keep a close eye on payroll and scheduling to ensure the Store runs efficiently and profitably, without compromising on service quality.

• Roll out all training programs—both local and global—making sure theyre fully integrated and delivering real impact.

• Use insights from customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to shape strategies and boost performance.

• Lead the charge on Loss Prevention education and awareness, ensuring the team is well-informed and compliant.

• Take full ownership of Loss Prevention standards and make sure theyre followed across the board.

• Stay on top of inventory accuracy and shrink targets, including managing physical inventory counts.

• Oversee the smooth flow of merchandise, from receiving to shipping, ensuring everything is processed correctly and on time.

• Coordinate marketing efforts and in-store events, keeping everything on-brand, on-budget, and aligned with company guidelines.

• Build strong connections with local PR and marketing teams to support brand visibility and engagement.

• Be ready to support new store launches or closures, which may involve some travel.

• Attend offsite training sessions and meetings as needed to stay aligned with company goals and expectations.

• Ensure the Store always looks its best by following visual merchandising guidelines and maintaining high presentation standards.

• Keep the Store in top physical condition and report any maintenance needs promptly.
