Product Manager, Digital Transformation

As a Product Manager, Procurement Digital Transformation, you will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of digital solutions—most notably Autonomous Sourcing—as part of Microns broader Procurement AI journey. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, procurement operations, and new technologies, with a focus on reducing manual effort, optimizing sourcing decisions, and driving measurable business value.

You will be responsible for incubating new insights, running proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, and scaling successful solutions into enterprise-grade products. Working closely with global partners, IT, suppliers, and solution providers, you will define product vision, shape roadmaps, and deliver seamless, scalable solutions. From conceptualisation to hypercare, you will own the product lifecycle and champion continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the product roadmap for AI-driven procurement initiatives, including autonomous sourcing and sourcing optimization.

  • Identify and incubate innovative digital solutions through rapid experimentation and POCs.

  • Lead the transition of successful POCs into scalable, enterprise-ready products.

  • Collaborate with sourcing managers, category leads, and IT to identify struggles and opportunities for digital transformation.

  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-enabled tools that enhance procurement efficiency and decision-making.

  • Ensure seamless integration of digital solutions with existing procurement systems and enterprise architecture.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable product features and user experiences.

  • Manage cross-functional project teams, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery.

  • Monitor product performance and adoption, using data to drive enhancements and resolve issues.

  • Provide training and change management support to ensure smooth rollout and user engagement.

  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in procurement digitalization.

  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within the procurement organization.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Masters degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a similar area of study.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or digital transformation roles.

  • Proven track record of delivering AI-driven or digital solutions in a procurement or enterprise environment.

  • Hands-on experience with autonomous sourcing, eSourcing platforms, or sourcing optimization tools.

  • Demonstrated success in incubating new solutions, running POCs, and scaling products across global organizations.

  • Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and working with IT and external suppliers.

Technical Skills:

  • Shown understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in procurement.

  • Familiarity with GenAI tools, data analytics, and performance monitoring frameworks.

  • Experience integrating third-party solutions into enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba).

Leadership & Communication:

  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence across functions and levels.

  • Ability to lead change, drive adoption, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
