Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager - Semicon Assembly & Test. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, conducting training sessions, updating training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure that training needs are met and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of semiconductor assembly and test processes
• Experience in designing and implementing training programs
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to evaluate and assess training effectiveness
• Experience with automated machinery and high-tech equipment
• Proficiency with instructional design principles
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Education, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role in the semiconductor industry is a plus
• Retired candidates with strong MNC expericnce will be preferred
• Residents of Malaysia or Philippines are invited too
• Global Role and will require to work with various nationals
