Overall Responsibilities:

Oversee the seamless integration and performance of six key departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, Food & Beverage, and Kitchen. To ensure operational excellence, uphold the hotels five-star standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining efficient and cost-effective processes.

General Requirement:

• Minimum of 5-7 years in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple departments.
• Able to communicate in both Bahasa Melayu and English. Ability to speak in a third language is an added advantage.

Requirement Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of hospitality standards, trends, and regulations.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and analyzing financial reports.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to devise and execute effective strategies that align with organizational goals.

• Guest Satisfaction Focus: Committed to exceeding guest expectations and maintaining impeccable quality standards.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in hotel management systems IDB PMS, IDB Accounting and adept with Microsoft Office.
