In this full-time role based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, you will play a crucial part in the smooth operations of our warehousing, storage, and distribution services. What youll be doing

• Manage and coordinate warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and stock control

• Monitor and optimise warehouse layout and processes to improve productivity and efficiency

• Oversee the timely and accurate dispatch of goods to customers

• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to address any issues or concerns

• Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

• Identify and recommend areas for process improvement to enhance our service delivery

• Provide training and support to warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges

• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and inventory control software
