- Lead & oversee commercial strategy across all footprints & establish commercial guiding principles for sustainable business growth in line with business requirement.
- Drive & develop Product /Solution strategies to meet customer expectations and collaborate to scale up sales with diversified products and services in all operating footprints.
- Research and analysis of potential prospects in each operating market and assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations.
- Lead & recommend winning strategies to management team evaluating potential impact and maintaining companys profitability, differentiating from industry competitors to win deals.
- Collaborate with operating market to conclude MSA negotiations, strengthen existing contracts & resolve open/ disputes issues with customers and solidify MSA on potential Network disruption (Active sharing, 5G, Loadings etc.) from commercial aspects.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, leveraging for new business, supporting NTC with commercial, pricing, Product/Solutions collaborating with other CFT and add value proposition towards customer.
- Drive Digitalization initiatives within commercial management domain (i.e Post Implementation Review, Sales Hub, Sales portal, Group Commercial Management Hub) for Group & Operating Market rep to utilize.
- Ensure governance and track any RFPs/Tenders and make commercial recommendations for any strategic deals, differentiating from industry competitors to win deals.
Key Accountabilities
- Liaise with customer account management team & respective KAM team to identify and proactively seek new business opportunities for EDOTCO, including opportunities to increase market share.
- Understand competitive dynamics and strategies of industry players, technical and differentiated capabilities.
- Develop sales strategy and build regional sales pipeline, hunt and close key strategic deals to achieve assigned sales target in growth markets.
- Create value proposition and EDOTCOs unique selling points including relevant commercialization in the industry sector that EDOTCOs next-gen products are venturing into.
- Communicate frequently with applicable teams and internal cross functional departments to maintain an accurate, current understanding of existing and upcoming customer projects and issues.
- Working with customers and NTC teams to ensure higher level of customer satisfaction by quickly and effectively handling all customer issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contract conditions and terms of customers in geographic area. Attend customer and internal deployment meetings as needed.
- Understand impact of commercial contract terms and work to maintain (as far as possible) standard terms across territories.
- Interact with Engineering Teams and other teams as necessary to identify business opportunities to meet business demands and provide solutions to customers.
- Manage, Monitor and Accountable in tracking key deals, revenue & tenancies growth across region to maintain sustainable business & provide insights of recoverable actions.
- Analyse Account management, competitors assessment, and regulatory landscape quarterly/yearly basis.

- Report monthly sales progress, and key pursuits and handle ad hoc commercial/sales related issues as required.
- Conceptualize & digitalize various workstream (PIR, Sales hub, CM Hub, Revenue & Tenancy growth trend etc.)
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing/Management or Engineering degree.
- 6 or more years of sales and/or business development experience preferably in a B2B environment.
- 3 or more years of wireless, telecommunications or equipment vendor industry experience strongly preferred.
- Special focus on adjacent business of Towerco, i.e Energy, Managed Services, Fiber backhauls preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
- Better control over Key Account Management & good customer relationships, ability to understand their pain points and value proposition.
- Strong commercial sense and skills to be able to craft the value proposition from the technical to commercial.
- Strong understanding on network infrastructure business/ towerco bunisess is essential.
- Fair knowledge on next gen infra solutions but not limited to small cells, C-RAN, Fiber etc.
- Fair knowledge on digitalization initiatives and relevant architecture to craft dashboard for commercial management activities.
- Excellent communication, analytical & negotiation skills.
- Proactive, Quick learner & ability to manage stakeholders with business acumen.
- Disciplined with attention to details & multi hat strategic thinker to convene timely.
- Ability to effectively build trust-based relationships with all levels & especially executive level.
