Office Administrator

  • Provides essential accounting support, including invoice processing, data entry, and reconciliation.
  • Responsible for verifying invoices for accuracy, entering data into accounting systems, and preparing payments.
  • Preparing and processing electronic transfers, checks, or other payment methods.
  • Maintaining accurate records of invoices, payments, and related documents.
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
  • Ordering office supplies
  • making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
  • monitoring staff performance and attendance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Performance bonus
