Office Administrator
- Provides essential accounting support, including invoice processing, data entry, and reconciliation.
- Responsible for verifying invoices for accuracy, entering data into accounting systems, and preparing payments.
- Preparing and processing electronic transfers, checks, or other payment methods.
- Maintaining accurate records of invoices, payments, and related documents.
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
- Ordering office supplies
- making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
- monitoring staff performance and attendance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
