Customer Service Executive (JB)

Job Description:

  • Responsible to handle customer inquiries via different channels, incoming calls, WhatsApp, email, etc.
  • Analyze customer inquiries and customer behavior.
  • To provide first call resolution in an effective and timely manner.
  • To provide a high level of customer service experience when attending to customers request, inquires and complaints within the turnaround time.
  • To perform investigation as well as define the root cause and validity of the complaint.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelors Degree in any field.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • At least 1 - 2 years working in related field is required for this position.
  • Pleasant disposition, attentive, focused and confident in responding to face to face or call regarding inquiries and resolving difficult situations.
  • Able to converse and understand English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
