Medical Sales Representative (Melaka)

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Makes territory sales plan in accordance with assigned sales target & reports the results with corrective action on a monthly basis.
2. Strategize action plan to achieve sales target, team and organization goals.
3. Identify and develop new client accounts within the assigned territory to increase product endorsement and usage.
4. Prepare one-to-one and/or group product presentation in a professional manner to surgeon or other decision makers. 
5. Organize workshops by liaising with clinics and speakers to follow-up with all licensing and documents applications.
6. Effectively execute assigned Sales and Marketing activities. 
7. Makes itineraries and daily activities report of what has been done and how much sales achieved on that day.
8. Reports on competitors activities and market situation.
9. Promotes product through good product knowledge and honest and appropriate way of use of promotional materials i.e. samples.
10. Informs superiors of customers requests or result of those requests or complaints and inform customers on result of those requests or complaints.
11. Keeps good relation with the professionals, personnel of principal, the customers and colleagues.
12. Reviews regularly the master list and recommends customers for addition and/or deletion.
13. Submits all required reports.
14. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. 

Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Science, Chemistry, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in the medical business, has initiative to learn the latest product trend or technology update.
3. Must possess a valid driving license. 
4. Self-motivated, independent, creative, energetic, good communication and good interpersonal skills. 
5. Able to work at weekend to cover workshops, events, etc.
