Mandarin Customer Success Specialist (Reservation Industry)
- Educational Qualifications: Fresh-graduate welcome (SPM welcome), high school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree is a plus.
- Skills & Experience: Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written).
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including MS Office and online communication tools.
- Job Requirements:
- Willing to relocate to George Town.
- Willing to work in Rotational Shift - 24/7.
- Reservation Management: Assist customers in making reservations via phone, email, or live chat. Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, and policies.
- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints. Resolve issues related to booking errors, cancellations, and refunds.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, data privacy regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide training.
- 5 working days - 9 hours per shift.
