Homestay Manager

• Able to communicate in English (Mandarin is a plus)  
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma
• Based in Penang Island  
• Freelance / Part-time availability  
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and reliable  
• Familiar with or willing to learn booking platforms (Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia, ************* etc.)  
• Able to travel for on-site property checks (2 times per week, flexible timing)  
• Customer-focused with good communication skills

• Manage booking platforms (Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia, ************* etc.)  
• Avoid double bookings, adjust pricing, and manage return guest bookings  
• Communicate with guests before and during their stay  
• Coordinate with host regarding early check-in/late check-out requests  
• Conduct on-site checks to ensure property cleanliness and readiness  
• Inspect air-con, furniture arrangement, hidden dust areas  
• Take and submit photo reports after each inspection  
• Monitor guest reviews and assist in maintaining good ratings

System Training:  

• Before starting, you will receive basic training from our team. This includes how to operate booking platforms (Airbnb, *************, Agoda, etc.), guest communication templates, and standard cleaning inspection procedures — all to help you get up to speed quickly.

Work Equipment Provided:  

• No need to prepare your own devices. We will provide a dedicated work phone and laptop for daily communication, platform operations, and inspection documentation to ensure work efficiency.
